Analyst Trainee Aligned to IT & Integrated Smart Operations

Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai, Kochi
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and write stored procedures.

  • Prepare and execute test cases and scripts.

  • Analyze and resolve service tickets using IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools.

  • Drive innovation in assigned projects.

Skills Required:

  • Good time management, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Analyst Trainee Aligned to Multicloud

Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain computing environments and monitor production servers.

  • Handle incident management for Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, and Cloud environments.

  • Follow security, compliance, and customer communication protocols.

  • Participate in continuous service improvement and knowledge sharing.

Role Expectations:

  • Client-focused, able to work in a 24/7 environment, and flexible to relocate within India.

Analyst Trainee Aligned to Digital Workplace Services

Locations: Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Pune
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.

  • Document and track support tickets.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues.

Role Expectations:

  • Strong communication skills and technical knowledge.

  • Willingness to work in shifts and from office locations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must be from the 2025 graduating batch with a three-year full-time degree in the specified streams.

  • Consistent academic record with minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG for IT & Integrated Smart Operations (minimum 50% for Multicloud and Digital Workplace Services). No rounding off.

  • No standing arrears at the time of joining.

  • Flexibility to relocate and work from any Cognizant office location as per business requirements.
