In this management role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Quality Analysts. Your role includes training and coaching to achieve goals and objectives. Your team will review various CFCS (Client Fraud & Customer Security) processes to ensure adherence to procedures and identify potential gaps and process efficiencies. You will also conduct regular calibrations of procedures, provide quality reports to stakeholders, and inform them of key findings and emerging risks for process improvements.
