As a Service Desk Junior Engineer in Infrastructure Management, your responsibilities include:
- Handling calls, emails, chats, incidents, and managing alerts.
- Logging details of all incidents, alerts, and problems using standard reporting methods.
- Providing first-line fixes, utilizing relevant procedures, and escalating problems as needed.
