The Opportunity:
ECI has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Software Engineer to act as a Dedicated Engineer. In this role, you will:
- Support users on technical issues, data issues, and problems related to the supported app or production.
- Perform troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution using advanced query and programming skills.
- Communicate the overall status and health of the application to the line of business and management.
- Identify problems and coordinate with various teams across the organization.
- Work in a rotational shift, including night shifts.

Who you are:
You are an individual with:
- 0 – 2 years of experience in Application Support or SQL Server, or any database.
- Exposure to at least one programming language.
- Strong skills in optimizing and writing SQL Queries – Stored procedures.

- Experience with internal apps and application support.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions.
- Flexibility to work as an individual contributor.
